"We are looking forward with the president Dmitry Medvedev to open a new page in our cooperation and I think its important for Putin to understand that the treatment of Russian-American intercourse of the Cold War period already passed and that its already time to brake from the passed",- confirms Obama. Its planed to confirm on summit the new Framework Document which will replace the old convention of Strategic Nuclear Forces and start new era of Russian-American relations.
